Terms & Conditions

Your use of the site to purchase Baby Beats products acknowledges your agreement to follow and to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.
 

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
 

Shipping

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate of just $10 Registered Post (rates are for Australian residents only). All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post. If you require an order urgently please upgrade to Express Post Shipping and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements to the best of our ability. All items are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days unless you upgrade to the Express Post option.  Public holidays may affect your postal time. If you wish to send one of our unique gifts to a loved one overseas, then please get in touch, as we can work out the delivery charges accordingly and ensure the item is delivered effortlessly.

Delivery

Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you provide an incorrect mailing address and your order is returned to us, you will be required to repay shipping costs. So remember – CHECK, DOUBLE CHECK and TRIPLE CHECK – the details.
Baby Beats products are too big to fit through your post box. So please make sure someone is available to receive the Baby Beats parcel with open arms. We recommend that you get it delivered to your work address if you know that’s where you will be.
 

Payment Information

Payment is required in full prior to despatch of your order.
We accept payment via the secure PayPal system, Visa, Mastercard, Baby Beats gift cards or Direct deposit to our Australian Bank account. All these methods are safe and easy to use. Your Baby Beats product(s) will be dispatched after payment is cleared. 

Products

We aim to display accurately the colour of products appearing on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the screen resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee what you see on your screen will be the exact reflection of the product on delivery. 

 

Product Availability

We aim to ensure that all stock levels listed on the website are accurate; however, there may occasionally be a discrepancy between stock listed online and our warehouse stock. In the unlikely event that we do not have the item you have ordered, we will notify you immediately. 

 

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, nothing within that order will be posted until the pre-ordered item arrives. If you would like the rest of your items posted separately to your pre-ordered item please place two separate orders. All pre-order items will have a date of arrival listed on their description, please be aware this is our best guide to when the item arrives however in certain cases there may be some delays. Baby Beats takes no responsibility for delays from our suppliers as they are beyond our control. We will post the item directly to you on the following business day we receive the item. We will update you consistently if any delays do occur and you will have the option to wait or receive a refund.

 

Return Policy

At Baby Beats, our return policy is simple; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or replace the product within 14 days of arrival. We do check all heartbeat animals prior to leaving and make sure they are fault free. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality, the product must be returned in the same condition as when sold and quantity as when received, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item). Please send your returns to the address below. We will be in contact once your return has been returned and has been processed.

Non-Approved Returns 

If you send us a return that is not pre-approved as noted above, we will contact you to obtain your instructions as to how you would like the item to be dealt with (return to you at your cost or destruction). We kindly request that you do not contact us via our social media channels to organise a return - due to the large volume of queries we receive it very likely that we will not see your message in a timely fashion and we'd hate for your return to take longer than it should!

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.

Lost Goods  

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so that we may assist you. Baby Beats is not responsible for any loss caused by Australia Post when shipping your product, we use eParcel so that you are covered by Australia Post with sufficient proof. Please retain your tracking number in the event you need to lodge a claim with Australia Post directly.

Abandoned Shopping Cart Emails

If you have abandoned your shopping cart before you complete your transaction, we may contact you via email. This email is only focused on providing you with a quick link to complete your order for your convenience.

 

Privacy Policy

Baby Beats collects and uses your personal information for the purposes of delivering your order and staying in touch regarding promotions and special offers. We will never sell your information to a third party. If you subscribe to our email marketing you are giving us permission to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
